This Monti branded red pesto is the brother of the classic Genoese pesto. It’s a recipe prepared with Italian basil, sunflower seeds oil and sun-dried tomatoes. The use of sun-dried tomatoes gives an intense red colour and flavour, making it particularly suitable not only as a sauce for pasta and gnocchi, but also for spreading on toasts.
